ARTEX26 - HUNTER-04

This was the fourth mission of our HUNTER – High-speed UNconvencional Tactical Experimental Rocket – a development test bed for technologies and capabilities within the Optimal Group, one of the ASC shareholders.

It happened on the 2nd of October 2026, at the Santa Margarida army base, and was framed under ARTEX26, thee Army Technology Experimentation event.

The objective of the mission was to keep tuning our operational procedures, while also demonstrating our engineering and manufacturing capabilities.

The Atlantic Spaceport Consortium and Optimal Group keep their collaboration with the Rocket Experiment Division (RED), the student team at Instituto Superior Técnico, aiming at engaging the next generation, and keeping ideas flowing.

The rocket was recovered and reusability will be assessed, the lessons and the data are invaluable.
